US: Ships from our US warehouse. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

International: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive in 7–30 days (typically within 1 month).

Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days. Tracking will be emailed when available.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@koimysa.com with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, we’ll make it right. For other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing.

Non-returnable: Used items, opened consumables (tea/powder/food), and gift cards.
