Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at support@koimysa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A short reason (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Damages & wrong items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@koimysa.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to damage/defect/our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    We do not accept uncoordinated returns.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used items or items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days (banks may take longer to post).

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.
